SUPPORT AND COUNCELLING
At the Nation, we have different support and councelling functions. As a member you are can use them whenever you feel that you need it. We always strive to make sure that everyone feels welcome and safe here at the Nation. Among these functions, we have an elected Chaplain that you can talk to for support. The chaplain is a priest in the Swedish church, but you don't have to be a member of the church, or even religious, to talk to the chaplain. Anything you talk about with the Chaplain will be treated with confidentiality.
The Nation also has an elected ombud for equality work. This person is tasked with making sure that any and all indadequacies at the Nation regarding equality, is attend to. The ombud for equality is also the person to contact in case you notice indadequacies when being at the Nation.
